This week I spent majority of my time in the Infusion Center again. I am getting super comfortable in that area. I used to be scared of taking vitals, but now I feel like I could do it with my eyes closed. One of my favorite parts is getting to talk to patients. I am starting to remember faces. I talked to a patient who used to be a elevator attendant and she told me all about how it was the best job ever. She was really funny.
The picture below is one of the rooms in the infusion center. It is a nice room, but if it were up to me, I would make some changes. The TV would be bigger, and there would be gaming systems for the patients. I would have bigger chairs because sometimes patients are sitting there for hours and I feel like the chairs provided are a little small. I would also paint the walls a nicer color to set a happy tone.
